1. Redemption: The purchase of the gift card can only be redeemed in full. It is not possible to use only a portion of the gift card value on one day and the remaining balance on another day. 2.⁠ ⁠Validation Period: The validation of the gift card is six months from the day of purchase. 3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable: The gift card is not refundable. 4.⁠ ⁠Unused Balance: If the amount of your dinner or lunch is less than the value of the gift card, we will not provide a refund for the unused balance on the gift card. 5.⁠ ⁠Additional Payment: If the amount of the dinner or lunch exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer. 6.⁠ ⁠Reservation Process: When using a gift card for a reservation, the customer must notify the manager at the time of reservation. Information required includes the name on the gift card and the gift card number, otherwise, the gift card can be refused.
